Chapter 6 The Celestial Intelligent Energy, the CIE
When The Creator created the physical universe, which Ralph calls Physicalspace, He also created all of the "personnel" needed to run it according to His wishes. To do this work, He created what Ralph calls the CIE (Celestial Intelligent Energy). They are spiritual beings who may stay invisible to humans or who may choose to appear to them in human form. They have been called angels and lesser gods in different cultures and religions, but they are always acting as agents of The Creator. He did not give them the ability to exercise Free Will To Mess Up, as He did with Essences and Personalities. Each CIE has an assignment or project to be responsible for doing, and she can use whatever method she wants to achieve The Creator's goals. While CIE are assigned to run everything from the largest galaxy to the smallest virus, the ones Ralph has met are those assigned to oversee the human race. As soon as The Creator made the first tribe of humans, He made the CIE of the Humans to guide them in their growth and evolution as inhabitants of Earth. The first tribe of humans He created were given Baby Personalities which were the initial fragments of The Creator's consciousness. The CIE themselves operated as their Essences until their Personalities had gained enough knowledge about living to be promoted to Essences themselves. Then the process of reincarnation became as it is today, with each Personality living out his series of lifetimes, after which he is promoted to be an Essence who then mentors a Baby Personality. For this reason, the human race has always contained a certain percentage of humans who are in the earliest stages of spiritual development, because they have been through the fewest incarnations. However, recently The Creator decided to cease splintering off any new fragments of consciousness, so the general level of spiritual development of the entire human race will slowly rise in the future. That is good news for the human race. The Great Deception Centuries ago, The Creator decided to play reverse psychology with the human race, and He instituted the Great Deception. He started by having the leaders of the civilized world come to believe that the shamans of old were mistaken in their beliefs. These leaders then banned beliefs in such subjects as reincarnation being taught to the citizenry. Other leading citizens announced that only science was to be revered as having the correct answers to every question. The Creator, who had been using grand displays to show His presence for centuries, now rarely gave evidence of His very existence. The Creator knew it was necessary to give humans a chance to learn how to cope with a post agricultural world. Humans were now coming into the Industrial Age, and they needed to learn how to make buildings, roads, automobiles, and airplanes. If they thought reincarnation was a fact, then they might just wait until their next lifetime to do the really hard work. They needed to believe they had only this one lifetime in which to accomplish great goals, so they had better spend it on the projects their Essences urged them to complete. This was their only chance, in their minds. But now the human race knows how to build all these things, and more. You humans cannot forget what you have learned in the past few centuries. You are now in the Information Age, and the Great Deception is no longer necessary for your social and industrial development. Now you need to resume your spiritual development.
So The Creator has decided to bring the Great Deception to a close. He has assigned the Spiritual Professor CIE known to you as Charity to be the Project Manager for this endeavor. Charity has asked a number of humans, including Ralph, to be her assistants in this project. This is why she filled Ralph's psychiatric practice with patients with MPD in the 1970s, when he was in his forties. Charity knew that Ralph was not a psychic type of human, as he was, at best, only grade II hypnotizable. He could not go easily into trance states and be able to see spiritual beings or receive insights in a psychic way. He was a down-to-earth scientifically trained graduate of the UCLA School of Medicine. He listened to patients and watched them function in front of him. Discovery of the ISH The first patient he diagnosed with MPD showed him her dissociated (split oft) Essence to whom he could talk as if she were a separate person. She became his co-therapist for her charge, while Ralph struggled to learn how to treat this patient. This enlightenment, that there really was such a source of intelligence and wisdom residing in the mind of an otherwise poorly functioning patient, was needed to shake him out of his scientific boots and get him curious about spiritual matters. He then became used to talking to various alter-personalities in his patients, as well as to their dissociated Essences, which he labeled Inner Self Helpers or ISHs. He learned about them by being curious and quizzing the ISHs when they came out to talk to him during therapy sessions. The CIE find it easiest to borrow the body of a grade V hypnotizable human. Such a human is shifting from one state of consciousness to another one often and easily. So it is easy for the CIE to slip in and take control of her body when needed. No one needs to induce hypnosis in such humans for the CIE to make an appearance. In Ralph's case, the CIE chose to use the body of his most exotic patient with MPD in Santa Cruz, Elise [not her true name], who had made 25 childlike alter-personalities before arriving at his office. The CIE steered her to Ralph's office, and he worked with her in and out of the hospital. In her case, Charity, a Spiritual Professor CIE, moved her personal Essence, St. Michael, aside and operated as her ISH, at least when she was in Ralph's presence. As far as he could tell, Charity was her ISH. Ralph became well acquainted with Charity, who used Elise's body as a busy school laboratory where Charity taught Ralph what could happen in a world of psychic forces. Charity used Elise to demonstrate all kinds of possession syndromes, among other lessons on paranormal phenomena. Example Elise called her landlady from the Santa Cruz Harbor, telling her that she had found herself down at the harbor, a long walk from her apartment house. The landlady called Ralph and asked him to meet them when she returned with Elise, so that they could find out what happened. When Ralph interviewed Elise, she had no idea why she had walked all the way to the harbor. When he asked her to go into a trance state, a new psychic entity he had never seen in Elise before came forth and talked to him. This entity said she was a woman from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, who had gone to that waterfront looking for her husband and son. She told Ralph that her husband had left her after an argument and had taken their son with him. When she could not find them at that Atlantic Ocean beach, she had drowned herself. Now here she was on the Pacific coast, still looking for her husband and son.
Ralph remembered reading the story of a New York State neurologist who ran two offices, one for his medical patients and one for "lost souls" who did not realize they were dead. His wife was a highly psychic woman who acted as his medium. The lost souls took over her body and told him their sad tales. They had all died sudden deaths but did not yet realize that they were no longer alive. The doctor then discussed their plights with them, told them they had died, and urged them to "go to the light" and thus finish their journey "to the other side." Ralph decided that that was what he needed to do. He told her, "You are on the wrong coast, and you are bothering my patient without good reason. You had better move on to where you were meant to go. Wherever that is, you need to get moving there. You have died, and you need to accept that fact. You cannot find your husband and son here, so it is time for you to go to the light. Now look to your left and to your right. In one of those directions, you will see the light. Go to the light." She did as Ralph told her, saw the light to her right, and soon was no longer talking to him. Ralph had done as well as the neurologist in New York State. The whole episode followed, to the letter, the experiences of those psychics who specialize in talking to lost souls and getting them to realize they are dead and should now "pass over to the other side." The only difference is that the whole scenario had been designed and produced by Charity for his education and enlightenment, lost soul and all,. She wanted him to have a first hand experience with a lost soul, so she made one and programmed her to follow his instructions. Once, Ralph asked Charity what she did besides be Elise's ISH. Charity told him she also ran a school for spirits, with the course lasting 200 years. Soon after that, he met, in Elise's body, two of her students, who called themselves Faith and Hope. Each one came out to offer him advice on how to help Elise with some problem, but Ralph was not impressed with what they had to say. This was the first time he met the three CIE who became his teachers — Faith, Hope, and Charity. Lest anyone think those names reflect a Christian orientation by the CIE, those are not their true names. They have names in their Original Language by which they are known to us Essences and the other CIE. But, in dealing with Ralph and other humans in their environment, they chose to call themselves Faith, Hope, and Charity. Those names are much easier for those humans to remember and pronounce than their true names. With other seekers of spiritual knowledge, they have used still other names, but give the same messages. So, in the mid 1970s, Ralph met Faith, Hope, and Charity, who used the body of the MPD patient named Elise to talk to him in Santa Cruz, California. He then moved to Davis, California, to work in the Yolo County Mental Health Service. There, in 1978, he met Marie, another exotic patient with MPD. After three years of treatment, in which Ralph was assisted by Becky, her Essence/ISH, she integrated all of her alter-personalities into her Original Personality. Only then, in 1981, did Ralph again meet Faith, Hope, and Charity, who borrowed Marie's body to talk to him during therapy sessions in Yolo County. Ralph was skeptical that these three spiritual beings were the same ones he had met in Elise in Santa Cruz. The two patients had no way of meeting each other or sharing notes. He kept quiet about what he had seen and heard in Santa Cruz, but it soon became evident to him that they were the same spirits he had known almost a decade before. They have continued to meet with and talk to him by borrowing Marie's body whenever they chose to do so.
In 1981, Charity explained to Ralph that she was the Project Manager for ending the Great Deception and asked him if he would agree to a contract with her. Her request of him was, "Tell everyone they have an Essence and that they should listen to it. That is what is most important." Ralph accepted that assignment, and his pledge is the reason for his continued writing and speaking on this subject. The CIE did not ask him to tell anyone how to live their lives. For that information they should listen to their own inner guide, their Essence, not to other humans. Ralph left Davis in 1981 because he developed his second duodenal ulcer due to work pressures in Yolo County. Again I had to get him sick to leave there, as his time there was over, and he needed to move to a new living and work environment. I wanted him to go to work at the California Men's Colony Prison (CMC) in San Luis Obispo, California, but he did not consider the place professionally respectable enough. He wanted to work in a hospital instead, and he applied for a psychiatrist's position at Atascadero State Hospital (ASH), which was a few miles away from CMC. I let him file an application with the Medical Director at ASH, but I urged him to send him a copy of his newly published book and copies of all his published papers. I told him he needed to be open and honest with this potential new boss. The Medical Director read it all, called Ralph, and told him, "I can't hire you because you might become too controversial here." He explained that he had originally been hired to rescue the hospital from scandal due to doctors using unorthodox methods of treatment. He did not intend to let that happen again on his watch. Such a reason for not hiring an otherwise qualified applicant is technically illegal. But I knew Ralph would not fit into the culture at ASH, and his CIE and I wanted him at CMC. But we had a problem getting him hired there. When Ralph first visited CMC, there were no openings available. When a position was open, the Chief Psychiatrist offered it to a psychiatrist in Chicago, Illinois. The CIE then manipulated a serious slowdown in the housing market in Chicago. The psychiatrist called the Chief Psychiatrist to tell him that, since he could not sell his mansion at the time, he would not be coming to CMC to take the position. The Chief Psychiatrist called Ralph and urged him to apply for the job. Ralph had already found a house nearby in Los Osos and a part- time job with the San Luis Obispo County Mental Health Service. He agreed to apply for the prison full-time job, since he felt sorry for the Chief Psychiatrist, who had been so kind to him on his first visit there. His application for the state prison position as staff psychiatrist was approved at the highest salary level, so Ralph did what we wanted him to do, reject the county part-time job and take the prison full-time job. The county job was defunded the next year anyway, so he would have lost that position there eventually. For the next 12 years, he worked at the CMC prison, where he fitted in well and was respected for his work. Then, at age 62, he decided to retire, but he stayed another few months on an hourly pay basis. Ralph had become addicted to working at CMC, and he had a hostile wife to come home to. His stubborn nature kept him coming to work, when he needed to be working with Charity on his papers and presentations. So the CIE decided that they would get him so upset at work he would quit and do what they wanted him to do. He was also writing court reports and doing private evaluations of defendants for defense attorneys, as he had done all the time he worked at CMC. He was paid four times as much per hour
for this private work as he was being paid at CMC. Then the chief psychologist at CMC sent him a note that state regulations required that, if he wanted to do any private legal evaluations, he would have to ask permission from this psychologist. Ralph had never heard of this rule, and it certainly had not been enforced in the 12 years he had worked for the now retired Chief Psychiatrist who had hired him. Such impudence on the part of this young Chief Psychologist really irritated Ralph, and he submitted his resignation, as the CIE had wanted him to do. Then I urged him to locate Marie. He found her living with her mother in Sacramento, and he asked her if she would agree to work with him on writing her story. She agreed, and they worked together on the manuscript for the next 18 months. His primary coauthor was Becky, Marie's dissociated Essence. In the last chapter of the manuscript, Faith, Hope, and Charity each dictated their own job descriptions, which I paraphrase below. Faith, a Spiritual Guardian of the Essences Faith was the Spiritual Guardian CIE who met and talked to Ralph by borrowing the body of Marie. She always had a big smile on her face and gave him a hug before talking to him. When he asked her why she always did that, she told him that she usually met humans when they were in crisis, and she didn't want to upset them even more. So she acted like a warm and friendly person. She is responsible for 150 Essences. These Essences are like an extended family. They belong to the humans whom you continue to have as friends all of your life. They are the ones, when you meet again after many years, you feel you saw them last just a few days ago. You resume the conversation you had with them then, as if no time has passed. In the days of hunter-gatherer tribes, the maximum size of a tribe was 150 members. Usually they were all supervised by the same Spiritual Guardian CIE. It has been found that 150 names is the maximum that one person can remember, so that may have been the practical limit to have in any one tribe, where each one had to know the name of every other tribesman. Guard and Protect Faith's primary duty is to guard and protect. While we Essences are in charge of one physical body and Personality, Faith has the power and energy to protect her 150 Essences against any and all dangers. For centuries, CIE such as Faith have been called guardian angels, and they do perform miracles to rescue humans from disasters when the need exists. Example #1 After Marie moved to San Luis Obispo County, she worked at a state prison in another county as an office administrator. She then decided to switch to teaching inmates, and she had to attend school to earn her vocational teaching credential. She had to drive from the prison to the college some miles away after work once a week. Then she would drive home to San Luis Obispo. One day Ralph was waiting for her to return home and, when she arrived, she breathlessly told him that she had almost been killed in an accident and had no idea how she had survived. To learn the details, Ralph asked to talk to Faith, her Spiritual Guardian CIE. Faith told him Marie had been driving the fourth car behind a large truck while coming home. The road appeared clear ahead of her, so she decided to pass the three cars behind the truck and then the truck. But, when she was in the left lane parallel to the car just behind the truck, she found that the road had a broad curve, and she was looking at the front of an oncoming Porsche sports car.
There was no way she could drive out of the way of the Porsche heading toward her, as the truck was to her right and there was no place to go off the road. Faith conferred with the Essences of the truck driver and the Porsche driver and neither of them considered this the proper time for their charges to cease to exist. So Faith dematerialized Marie and her Mustang and rematerialized them in front of the truck, heading home. The Porsche driver had no idea where the car in front of him had disappeared to, and the truck driver was surprised to see a Mustang suddenly appear in front of him, speeding west. Faith performed a miracle to remove Marie and her Mustang from the highway where they were sure to crash into the Porsche and truck and to place her on the road in front of the truck, so she could drive home safely. Faith moved Marie and her car from Physicalspace into Thoughtspace temporarily and then returned them to Physicalspace in a different locality. To Ralph, a Star Trek fan, it sounded like, "Beam them up, Scotty!" Example #2 When Ralph was treating MPD patients in Santa Cruz, he also volunteered for several committees in medical associations to which he belonged. He knew that only about one in 10 doctors was willing to spend time and effort on such committees, without compensation. He decided to be among those noble few. His reason was not to gain any particular professional benefit, but he felt he had to do more than the ordinary psychiatrist to show he was the Complete Doctor. It was an ego issue, not something he calculated would have a future benefit for him, his patients, or his family. I did not approve of these added duties, but he didn't listen to me then. He already had a busy and difficult practice, treating patients no one else in town would touch. So I decided to make him ill, hoping he would slow down. I decided that a stress induced duodenal ulcer was the best illness to give him. For about four months, I had his duodenal lining erode, giving him a chronic pain in his abdomen. The pain was frequent and severe, but he ignored it and never saw a medical doctor about it. He thought it was just hunger, so he ate something to try to ease the pain. At the time, he was on two committees which met monthly in San Francisco, north of Santa Cruz, and another one which met in Salinas to the south. After working all day, he would drive many miles to a meeting, feeling he had to prove to himself what a great all around doctor he was. The pain wasn't working to slow him down, in spite of the fact that his first office partner in Santa Cruz had a chronic duodenal ulcer which flared up each time he took on a new responsibility. Finally I decided I had to stop him completely. After one very stressful day at the hospital, he was sitting on the toilet at home, and I had his ulcer eat through the wall of an artery in his duodenum. This sent a pounding pulse of bright red blood gushing into both his stomach and intestines. Within moments, he vomited blood onto the bathroom floor and expelled blood from his rectum into the toilet. He was literally bleeding to death. He did not have the strength to move off the bathroom floor, where he now laid sprawled. He called for his wife, Mitzi, a registered nurse. She saw the mess of red blood all around him but did not know what to do next. She went to the phone and called Dr. Jacks, Ralph's best medical doctor friend. He told her to get Ralph to the hospital Emergency Room right away. He did not say how.
If she had been thinking clearly and calmly, she would have called 9-1-1 and asked for an
ambulance to take Ralph to the hospital. They would have provided life support for him while they were on the way to the ER. But she did not do that. She took Dr. Jack's instructions literally, to bring Ralph to the hospital. She told him to walk out to the garage to the car so she could drive him to the ER. The trouble with that plan was that Ralph was losing so much blood he had no strength to get up off the floor, much less walk to the car. That was when Ruth, his Spiritual Guardian CIE, stepped in to help him. She entered his body, got him to his feet, and trotted him out to the car. She stayed in charge of Ralph's body until he was safely on a gurney in the ER under Dr. Jack's care Dr. Jacks immediately inserted a stomach tube to drain the blood and pour in ice water to try to control the bleeding. Then he hooked up a plastic bag of blood into the IV in Ralph's arm, and I knew he was finally in safe hands. Only then did Ruth leave him in the care of the doctors and nurses. If it had not been for Ruth's intervention, Ralph could not have gotten off the floor to go anywhere for help. Example #3 Ralph was an expert witness in a court case involving two intoxicated young men who sped home from the last bar they had visited late one night. The driver drove 100 mph on the left side of the road to pass all the other cars. He then smashed head on into a car driven by a woman heading in the opposite direction. The two cars collided, and soon they both burst into flames, killing both drivers. The young man who was the passenger sustained only fractures of his legs and a collarbone. The first humans to stop at the scene found his body lying safely on the dirt by the side of the road, in the opposite direction from which his car had been heading. Accident reconstruction experts tried hard during the subsequent trial to explain how his body went from the front passenger seat of the now demolished car to the dirt by the side of the road, at the rear of the car he had been in. Faith explained to Ralph that she, in combination with Hope and Charity, had freed the young man by twisting back the steering wheel which trapped him in his seat next to the dead driver. The CIE had then lifted his body through the broken windshield, keeping him from being cut by the broken glass, and lifted him over the car to the rear of the crash scene, where those motorists who stopped would find him. Then the CIE created a hologram of a cowboy in a pickup truck whom the first three ladies who stopped saw and listened to. They reported that the cowboy told them that the two drivers were dead, so they should move the young man on the dirt away before the cars went up in flames. They grabbed his body and pulled him farther away to safety. Then they saw the cowboy get into his pickup truck and drive away, never to be seen again. The surviving young man went through a trial for double murder of the two accident victims. The District Attorney was convinced he was the driver, not the young man who had died. He was found not guilty but was rearrested later for carrying a gun in his car. He had been rescued by the CIE because he still had some lessons to learn in this lifetime. However, he was a slow learner. The two drivers ceased to exist in the crash since their Essences knew their times had come. The trial exposed to Ralph a flawed teaching by two psychology professors on how to interrogate witnesses to such an accident. They were selling this method to police departments around the world, and Ralph published a paper exposing this fraudulent practice. To have him do that was
one of Faith's reasons for getting him hired as an expert witness for the defense attorney, who was the stepfather of the young man who survived. As happened with the Essence of Carol [described in Chapter 4], one Essence can make a psychic attack on another Essence, depleting his energy. The Spiritual Guardian CIE can intervene and physically remove the body to a safe location. She can make the person fall asleep. She can convince the human with the turned Essence, who did the psychic attack, to feel that the argument has been concluded. Deciding on an Occupation The Spiritual Guardian CIE can create situations in which the human needs to make an important decision. This is usually in the area of choosing the occupation toward which he should move. Example When Ralph was working as a restaurant dishwasher during the summer between his junior and senior years in high school, he had to decide what major to declare for college. He was vacillating between several, none of which were medical or psychiatric in nature. There were no doctors in his family tree. While he was standing by the entrance to the kitchen, one waitress stopped in front of him and said, "Ralph, you have the hands of a doctor." They had never discussed his situation, and she had no reason to say that. But that was how Ruth, his Spiritual Guardian CIE decided to introduce the idea of a medical career to him. There are no "hands of a doctor" which he could have, but, for the first time, he began to think of medicine as an option. He did a bit of research and decided he could do it as well as his family doctor, so he signed up for the pre-med major at Occidental College, the school both his parents had attended. Family Members and Friends The Spiritual Guardian CIE picks the family and friends of each human. She chooses the family into which each human is born. Sometimes she selects the genetically best parents, while knowing they would be the wrong ones to raise the child to adulthood. She then arranges for good adoptive parents to make contact with that child. There are no perfect schemes for everyone. She picks the culture, social group, and locality, as well as siblings and other relatives. She also makes sure that the child is capable of fitting into the culture of the family of birth. Each Personality is given the cultural attitudes needed to be a comfortable part of the family culture. It would not fit for a Portugese baby to be born into a Japanese family, or vice versa. She selects the friends and other companions needed for their particular growth experiences. Later on she sends the boyfriends and girlfriends as the human child grows into adolescence. Since about one in 10 people are homosexual, every human gets at least one lifetime as a gay person. Those romantic partners have needed to be interacting with one another. The best friends for life are those 150 who are all supervised by the same Spiritual Guardian CIE. No matter where they move to, they keep in touch over the years. They have also been friends in past lifetimes, as have been Jean-Luis and myself, who were best friends two millennia ago. However, there are also times when one group of 150 Essences plus Personalities join with another group of 150 Essences plus Personalities supervised by a second Spiritual Guardian CIE, and all 300 can then work on a project together.
Ralph treated several women with MPD who were married for years to loving, intelligent, wealthy husbands. These men took excellent care of very disturbed wives over many years and never complained. They were most cooperative in working with Ralph during therapy sessions. These matings were obviously ones that had to be. Faith also knows if a human should have one mate or several. She is not bound by a rule that marriage must be for life. She repeatedly reminded Ralph, "There are no rules in Thoughtspace." Each of the humans she supervised had a different Life Plan, so each one had a different need when it came to marital partners. The Spiritual Guardian CIE must supervise all kinds of Essences. Some are Baby Essences on their first assignment, and others are almost turned Essences. These may rebel and refuse to follow the directions of their supervisory CIE and cause their charges to commit criminal acts. Hope, a Spiritual Teacher of the Spiritual Guardians of the Essences. Ralph has only met Hope a few times, usually when he introduced all three CIE to his students. When Hope came out by borrowing Marie's body, she gave the impression of being an "old maid" school teacher, with her hair in a bun at the back. She was not eager to be in Physicalspace on display and was only granting the interview to please Charity, who asked her to come out and meet Ralph's friends. She clearly preferred to be back in her classroom, teaching Baby Essences how to do their new job, mentoring Baby Personalities. Hope is responsible for supervising the work of 150,000 Faiths. She adds her considerable strength to theirs, as she did in extricating that drunken young man from his crashed car. The Spiritual Teacher CIE are in charge of all education of the Spiritual Guardian CIE and of the Baby Essences. She is the one who implants the Original Language in them so they can understand what everyone else in Thoughtspace is thinking and communicating. After such implantation, Hope sends each Baby Essence to their respective Spiritual Guardian CIE and instructs the Spiritual Guardian CIE as to where each should go in Physicalspace and how long they should be there in their next lifetime. Hope teaches her Spiritual Guardian CIE new and improved information regarding changes in the cultures and environments to which the Essences have been assigned. She is also responsible for improving all the educational resources in Physicalspace, which is a major task in itself. Hope is in charge of Rehabilitation Center #1 which houses all the turned Essences of those who have not committed Crimes Against Humanity. She tries to show them the errors in their logic which led them to exercise their Free Will To Mess Up. She gives them added training and opportunities for growth which is needed before they could be allowed to reincarnate again. Charity, a Spiritual Professor of the Spiritual Teachers of the Spiritual Guardians of the Essences. The third and most powerful CIE is Charity, a Spiritual Professor CIE. She is responsible for 250,000 Teachers, all of their Spiritual Guardians and all of their Essences. Her only supervisor is The Creator. Her power is the greatest of all the CIE, and her help is available if a miracle is needed by another CIE. Charity maintains the dictionaries of all human words, phrases, and meanings in a special library Essences and the other CIE can then use.
She is in constant contact with the Great Teacher, so she has the benefit of this knowledge and wisdom about human affairs. She then knows best how to advise Spiritual Teachers and Guardians regarding the humans they are teaching. Charity will provide the Spiritual Teachers with information they need to help humans with marital or family crises, and the Spiritual Guardians with information about friends, acquaintances, and coworkers. Charity herself is responsible for teaching a select group of humans a higher level of learning and understanding. When teaching humans, Charity limits her contact to no more than 10 humans at a time, to prevent contamination which might rob her of her responsibility and duty to her beloved Creator. She also reacquaints other humans with those they knew in past lifetimes and arranges the conditions of when and where Essences will be reunited. While most decisions are made by the respective Essences and their supervisory CIE, the Spiritual Professor CIE has the final say if they cannot agree among themselves. The Spiritual Professor CIE pass on from The Creator information to the other CIE and Essences. All information from the Essences comes back through the same channels. The delivery of psychic abilities is another function of the Spiritual Professor CIE. She delivers all psychic abilities to the Essences, who deliver it to their respective charges. The Creator decides on projects which need to be done, and a Spiritual Professor CIE is assigned as Project Manager. One such project is to discontinue the Great Deception, which is why we are writing this message for all humans to read. Another project Charity has been assigned to do in the future is the elimination of the monetary system and its replacement by a barter system. That will take a long time to accomplish in Physicalspace terms, but she has full authority to use whatever means are needed to accomplish the project, as The Creator wants it done. Charity is in charge of Rehabilitation Center #2 which houses the turned Essences of those who have committed Crimes Against Humanity. She has what she calls a "velvet whip." She does not chastise or punish. She houses, explains, and teaches and has all eternity to wait for them to convert into cooperative Essences. Still, she has no intention of letting any of them reincarnate, ever. The Ten Commandments Since many humans think that The Creator has laid out a firm set of rules for them to follow, and since many in the Western World think that the Ten Commandments are the basis for those rules of conduct, Ralph asked Charity exactly what The Creator thought of Moses' Ten Commandments. Ralph went through them with her one at a time, and she told him The Creator cared not one bit whether humans followed eight of them. The two He did want followed are "Thou shalt not kill" and "Thou shalt not bear false witness." In other words, do not take over The Creator's job and decide who will cease to exist and when, and don't lie about your fellow humans. All the other commandments were written by Moses as sound social control rules for those he was leading out of Egypt at that time. They were an undisciplined, uncivilized group of humans he was trying to mold into a civilized tribe. Moses needed the Hebrew God as his "bully-boy" to try to persuade these rowdy tribesmen to start behaving themselves. He had no elected legislature to pass a batch of laws nor a police department to enforce them. The CIE helped him by burning a bush so he could persuade his tribesmen that God wanted them to follow these commandments.
Charity could give Ralph no other rules which The Creator wanted all humans to follow, but, to please Ralph, she prescribed the following principles by which humans should lead their lives. 1. Acknowledge the existence of an Essence in each human. 2. Follow what your Essence says, negating Free Will To Mess Up. 3. Grow spiritually, not religiouswise. 4. Impart your wisdom to others who have not grown as you have, spiritually. 5. Speak unto others as you would have each Essence speak unto you.
